Pinnacle Fund Management, LLC (“PFM”) manages single equity and debt offerings as well as focused closed end private equity real estate funds that invest in value add and development projects in select southwestern and southeastern U.S. cities with its operating partner CAI INVESTMENTS, LLC (“CAI”).

CAI focuses on triple net leased (“NNN”) properties including build-to-suit development of single tenant NNN leased retail properties, as well as multi-tenant NNN leased retail shopping centers, specialty retail centers and hotel properties net leased by the operator.

As an experienced operating partner, CAI develops, and manages properties across key markets in the United States. The firm is a fully integrated company with approximately 20 employees, managing the entire real estate development process and property management.

PFM has partnered with InterTrust, a global leader in delivering fund and corporate services, to provide fund administration services and investor reporting. PFM’s outside legal counsel is Greenburg Traurig.
